Structure and materials

The body is woven from high-tenacity PP tapes into a 160–220 gsm fabric, cut into a U-panel or a four-panel body and sewn with double-stitched seams. Loops are 70 mm webbing, folded into the body seam and bar-tacked where the load pulls hardest. A 5:1 safety factor means the bag is tested to five times its rated load, which is the normal specification for single-trip industrial use; 6:1 is available where a customer's own standard requires it. UV stabiliser is added when the bag will stand outdoors for weeks rather than days.

Quality control

Fabric weight, seam strength, loop pull strength, UV treatment and bag dimensions are checked per batch. Filled bags are drop tested and the loops are lift tested at the rated load before shipment.

Can I get a discharge spout?

Yes. A flat bottom is standard; a discharge spout or an iris closure can be fitted for controlled emptying.
